摘 要:对原液着色黏胶纤维的生产方法进行了探讨,选择红黄蓝三原色原液着色黏胶纤维和普通白色黏胶在XD-1振动式细度仪和XQ-2型纤维强伸度仪上联机进行纤维拉伸性能的测试,结果发现,原液着色黏胶纤维的线密度变异系数大,纤度不均较普通黏胶纤维大;原液着色黏胶纤维的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、断裂强度和比功均比普通黏胶纤维有所下降,但拉伸性能和普通黏胶纤维接近,可满足纺织生产加工的一般要求.Through discussing the liquid coloring viscose fiber production methods, the red, yellow, and blue three kinds of liquid coloring viscose fibers and regular white viscose fibers are selected, and the tensile properties of the fibers are tested on the XD - 1 type of vibrating fiber fineness tester and XQ - 2 type of fiber tensile tester. The results showed that liquid colored viscose fibers have a larger linear density variation coefficient and the deviation coefficient of elongation are bigger than that of ordinary viscose fibers ; and the breaking strength and elongation, tenacity and breaking work of the liquid coloring viscose fibers decline over normal viscose fibers, but the overall tensile properties of the liquid coloring viscose fiber is close to the regular viscose fiber which can meet the general requirements of textile production and processing.
