摘　　要：近年来,随着心脏结构和功能研究不断的进步与深入,右心功能的评价倍受关注,超声影像对于右心室功能的评价手段及指标更加丰富,本文就超声心动图各项新技术在评价右心室形态学、血流动力学及功能方面的临床应用及进展作一述评。In recent years,by the study of cardiac structure and function in depth,the assessment of right heart function has been paid more and more attention,the method and parameter for evaluation of right heat function increasing by ultrasonic imaging,the purpose of this paper are focus on the progress in evaluation of right heart morphology,Hemodynamics and function.
