摘　　要：目的探讨心胸比值对心力衰竭的预测价值及其相关因素。方法将120例心衰患者按X线胸片心胸比值(CTR)分为4组:心脏正常大小组(CTR≤0.5)、轻度增大组(0.5<CTR≤0.55)、中度增大组(0.55<CTR<0.6)和重度增大组(CTR≥0.6)。分别检测4组患者全血浆末端脑钠钛前体(NT-proBNP)水平和左室射血分数(EF值),分析CTR与血浆NT-proBNP水平、EF值的相关性。结果随着CRT的增大,血浆NT-proBNP水平逐渐上升,EF值逐渐下降,CTR与血浆NT-proBNP水平呈显著正相关,与EF值呈显著负相关。结论 CTR与NT-proBNP水平、EF值有关,CTR是一个预测心功能的有效指标。Objective To discuss the predictive value of cardiothoracic ratio for heart failure and the related factors analysis.Methods 120 patients with heart failure were divided into four groups according to the cardiothoracic ratio （CTR）：the normal big heart team（CTR≤0.5）,mild increase heart group（0.5＜CTR≤0.55）,moderate increase heart group（0.55＜CTR＜0.6）and severe increase heart group（CTR≥0.6）.The plasma NT-proBNP levels and left ventricular ejection fraction （EF） were detected respectively in four groups.The correlation analysis of CTR and plasma NT-proBNP levels,EF value was made.Results With the increase of CTR,the plasma NT-proBNP level rose gradually,and the EF values declined.The CTR was positively correlated with the plasma NT-proBNP levels,but negative correlation with the ejection fraction.Conclusion The CTR correlates with the NT-proBNP level and EF values.The CTR is an effective predictor of cardiac function.
