摘  要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对诊断膀胱隐性憩室口的临床应用价值。方法采用二维灰阶超声与彩色多普勒显像两种方法检查膀胱隐性憩室口患者,并对检查结果对比分析。利用尿液的流动性,通过探头加压与撤压时膀胱与憩室间形成的压力差,观察尿液流动时膀胱与憩室间如有"过壁彩色多普勒信号"出现,则提示憩室口的存在。结果本组58例患者72个膀胱憩室,二维灰阶超声检出24个,检出率为33.3%;彩色多普勒显像检出67个,检出率为93.0%。彩色多普勒超声检测膀胱隐性憩室口明显高于二维灰阶超声,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用彩色多普勒检测膀胱与憩室间的"过壁彩色多普勒信号"现象能快速、准确地找到膀胱憩室口,包括隐性小憩室口,弥补了二维灰阶超声无法显示的不足,彩色多普勒超声诊断膀胱隐性憩室口具有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of adelomorphic vesical diverticulum.Methods The adelomorphic vesical diverticulum was detected with gray scale ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging.The fluidity of urine,pressure and decompression abdominal wall by probe,formed pressure difference between bladder and vesical diverticulum were observed.Results 58 patients had 72 vesical diverticulum.24 vesical diverticulum were detected by gray scale ultrasound.The detection rate was 33%.67 cases were detected by color ultrasound.The detection rate was 93%.There was statistically significant difference between the two method(P<0.05).Conclusion Detecting the signal of passage the bladder wall between bladder and vesical diverticulum by the color Doppler flow imaging could found out the aperture of vesical diverticulum rapidly and accurately,especially little vesical diverticulum aperture.
