高频彩超对睾丸网管状扩张的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩超在睾丸网管状扩张诊断中的应用价值。方法分析6例睾丸网管状扩张患者的超声图像特征及与相关病变的鉴别要点。结果 6例患者中,病变累及双侧睾丸1例,右侧2例,左侧3例;睾丸网管状扩张有特异性的超声表现,即睾丸纵隔内显示出大小不等无回声区或细密的管道样回声,呈"蜂窝样"改变,其内无血流信号。结论高频彩超可作为诊断睾丸网管状扩张的首选检查方法,具有重要临床诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of tubular ectasia of the rete testis （TERT） by high-frequency sonography.Methods The sonographic characters of 6 cases with TERT were retrospectively analyzed.Results The characteristic ultrasound appearance of TERT were anechoic areas of unequal size or dense or compact dilation of the tubules in testis with no colour blood stream signal,just like honeycomb.Conclnsion Sonography is an important method to evaluate the TERT.
