糖耐量低减患者血管内皮舒张功能的超声评价

摘　　要：目的探讨糖耐量低减患者血管内皮舒张功能的超声检测价值。方法选取就诊的糖耐量低减患者50例为实验组,随机选取体检的健康者50例为对照组。所有对象均空腹常规生化测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)。根据Celermajer介绍的超声评价血管内皮舒张功能的方法进行肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能的测定,包括肱动脉血流量和内径的变化。结果两组患者含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉血流量变化率、含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径、反应性充血的变化率之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖耐量低减患者存在一定程度的血管内皮舒张功能障碍和损伤,在临床治疗中应注意给药并加强预防和控制。Objective To investigate the ultrasonic evaluation of glucose tolerance in patients with impaired endothelial function.Methods 50 patients with low sugar tolerance were included in the present study and controlled with 50 healthy people.The total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,blood glucose,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-c）,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-c） were measured.The vascular endothelial function including changes of blood flow and inner diameter of brachial artery were detected according to Celermajer method.Results The change of brachial artery blood flow,brachial artery diameter and reactive hyperemia after nitroglycerin of the patients were different from that of the healthy people （P＜0.05）.Conclusion There are damage of vascular endothelium in patients with low glucose tolerance.
