腔内彩色多普勒超声在诊断输尿管中下段疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腔内(经阴道/直肠)超声在诊断输尿管中下段疾病中的应用价值。方法选择经临床确诊的138例输尿管中下段疾病患者经阴道/直肠的超声图像进行回顾性分析,总结腔内彩超诊断情况及其超声图像特征。结果138例患者中,明确诊断者135例。其中输尿管中下段结石125例;输尿管癌4例;输尿管结核性病变2例;下段狭窄2例;重复肾双输尿管畸形1例;输尿管囊肿1例。2例位于髂血管分叉处下方约2cm处的输尿管结石漏诊;1例下段壁异常增厚的炎性狭窄误诊为输尿管肿瘤。本组病例诊断符合率97.8%。结论腔内(经阴道/直肠)超声检诊输尿管中下段疾病,无须充盈膀胱,操作简便、快捷、图像清晰、准确率高,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of cavity （vaginal/rectal） ultrasonography in the diagnosis of midlower ureteral diseases.Methods 138 patients with lower segment of ureter diseases were included in the present study.The vaginal/rectal ultrasound images were analyzed.Results 135 cases were diagnosed in 138 patients.Among them,125 cases were middle and lower ureteral calculi,4 cases were ureteral cancer,2 cases were tuberculous lesions in ureter,2 cases were lower segment stenosis,1 case was repeated kidney and ureter; 1 case was ureter cyst,2 cases were ureteral calculi and 1 case was inflammatory stricture.This group of patients＇ diagnosis rate was 97.8％.Conclusion Cavity （vaginal / rectal） ultrasound examination in diagnosis mid-lower ureteral disease is no requirement of filling the bladder,simple and fast,clear in images and high accuracy in diagnosis.
