流动采血车与检验科ALT检测结果比对及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 对比采血车和检验科血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）检测结果,分析造成误差的原因并制定相应的措施以降低血液报废率.方法 选取2012年1～6月血站五辆采血车和检验科ALT检验结果作为研究对象.对两者献血过程中的工作者、献血者以及献血车不同位置进行细菌检测,对比两者检验结果之间的差异,分析造成误差的原因,找出可以降低血液报废率的途径.结果 采血车1、2、3、4与检验科的ALT检测结果均存在明显差异（P＜0.05）,采血车5与检验科的ALT检测结果无明显差异（P＞0.05）.细菌检测结果显示,在采血车的入口及中间的细菌合格率较低.采血车不同部位的细菌合格率比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采血车和检验科的ALT检测结果存在一定的差异,造成误差与血液的采集、运送、采血车的环境、人员的培训、严格的质量控制及规范的操作等相关,应采取相应的应对措施以降低血液报废率.Objective To compare the blood collecting vehicle and laboratory results of ALT and analyze the cause of the error and the corresponding measures to reduce the rate of blood discarding.Methods From 2012 January to 2012 June,the five blood collecting vehicle and laboratory results of ALT test were selected in the present study.The samples from blood donors,blood donation car workers and some positions were detected bacteria.Results The blood collecting vehicle 1,2,3,4 and laboratory results of ALT were significantly different.There was no difference from ALT blood test of car 5 and laboratory.There was no bacteria qualified rate at blood collection vehicle entrance and intermediate.Conclusion There are some differences between ALT blood test results and inspection department,resulting in acquisition,transport,blood collecting vehicle environment,personnel training,strict quality control and the standard operation and other related errors and blood,should take corresponding measures to reduce the rate of blood discarding.
