护理人员护理经验与其主观护理态度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 研究护理人员护理经验与其对病人的主观护理态度的关系.方法 选取52名护理人员,采用3种问卷量表进行基本资料、对病人主观护理态度及对病人知情同意等评分.并对护理人员基本资料与主观护理态度及知情同意等量表得分进行相关分析.结果 护理人员平均年龄30.65岁、平均工作年资为6.41年,年龄20～30岁者24人（46.15％）、教育程度为本科及以上者29人（55.77％）、未婚24人（46.15％）、专科工作年资在5年以上者26人（50.00％）.护理人员的年龄（F=6.281,P＜0.01）、婚姻状况（t=-2.257,P＜0.05）、职称（F=3.899,P＜0.01）与他们对病人自主的态度有显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论 年龄大、已婚及资深的护理人员比较了解病人的自主,更关注病人的知情同意.Objective To study nurses care for the patient＇s subjective experience of their care attitude relationship.Methods Subjective patient care attitudes and informed consent of the patient score were collected by three kinds of basic information questionnaire scales in 52 nurses.The basic information,nursing care attitude scores and informed consent scores were analyzed.Result Nurses age and working years were 30.65 years and 6.41 years.The education for undergraduate and above were 55.77 ％.Nurse＇s age （F=6.281,P＜0.01）,marital status （t=-2.257,P＜0.05） and rank （F=3.899,P＜0.01） with their own attitude to the patient had significant difference.Conclusion Older,married and experienced nursing staff have a better understanding of the patient＇s autonomy and more concerned about the patient＇s informed consent.
