摘　　要：国有商业银行为跨国公司提供全面的金融服务 ,并能建立起长期稳固的合作关系 ,将有利于国有商业银行改善资产质量、赢得市场份额、提高经济效益。本文就争取业务的方法。Establishing a long-term stable cooperative relationship with multinational corporations and providing them with all-round financial services can help State-owned Commercial Banks improve asset's quality, obtain market share and enhance economic efficiency. This article gives an analysis on the methods to gain such businesses, the range of possible financial services and other relevant issue.
