摘　　要：近年来,随着养羊业的发展,特别是具有多胎特性的小尾寒羊养殖数量的增加,绵羊妊娠毒血症的发病率和死亡率均呈上升趋势,因此,所带来的经济损失也较大。该病发病机制复杂,主要从病因、发病机制及防治方面阐述了绵羊妊娠毒血症的研究现状,以期为有效防治该病提供参考。In recent years, with the development of sheep industry,especially the number increase of Small Tail Han Sheep with prolificacy, the morbidity and mortality of pregnancy toxemia of sheep show an upward trend, which brings great economic loss. Its pathogenesis was complex. The research situation of pregnancy toxemia of sheep was elaborated from the aspects of pathogeny , pathogenesis, prevention and cure,in order to provide reference for the prevention and cure of this disease.
