摘　　要：随着产业转移的崛起,产业转移承接区在带动区域经济增长的同时,对环境的影响已愈来愈不容忽视。我们在做好承接产业转移宏观决策和政策引导的同时,更要注重资源环境保护,严格控制高污染、低效益的产业向中部转移;探索兼顾经济、生态、社会效益的承接模式,使地方经济实现可持续发展。本研究以绿色价值链理论为基础,构建承接产业转移企业绿色评价体系,为湘南地区有效承接产业转移提供理论参考。With the rise of industrial transfer ,the undertaking of the industrial transfer area in promoting re-gional economic growth ,at the same time ,the impact on the environment has been increasingly ignored .We do undertake industrial transfer macroeconomic policy -making and policy guidance at the same time ,more attention should be paid to the protection of resources and environment ,strict control of high pollution ,low efficiency in-dustries transferring to central ;and explore the undertaking pattern of balance economic ,ecological and social be-nefits so that the local economy achieve sustainable development .This research is based on the green value chain theory ,constructing the green evaluation system of industrial transfer undertake enterprises ,providing a theoretical reference for the effectively undertake industry shift in southern hunan area .
