柴胡注射液外用治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及对病变组织HPV-DNA载量影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡注射液外敷、淑润栓阴道用药及2药合用治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及对病变组织HPV-DNA载量的影响。方法将90例女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者按门诊号随机分为A组(柴胡注射液组)、B组(淑润栓组,即重组人干扰素a-2a栓剂)和C组(柴胡注射液+淑润栓组),比较3种方法治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣的总有效率、治疗前后尖锐湿疣积分下降情况、复发率及对HPV-DNA载量的影响。结果治疗后,A组和C组总有效率优于B组(P<0.05),3组疣体积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);各组治疗后HPV-DNA载量均较前降低(P<0.01)。结论柴胡注射液或柴胡注射液外敷联合淑润栓阴道用药治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣具有较好的临床疗效和抗HPV作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Bupleurum injection, Shu Run vaginal suppository and a combination of Bupleurum injection and Shu Run vaginal suppository respectively on female genital condyloma and the load of HPV-DNA on the lesions. Methods 90 cases of female genital condyloma were randomly divided into 3 groups： Bupleurum injection topical group （group A） , Shu Run vaginal suppository medication （group B） and Bupleurum injection topical ＋ Shu Run vaginal suppository medication （group C）. The scores of condyloma acuminatum before and after treatment, the recurrence rate and the load of HPV-DNA were compared. Findings After treatment, the total effective rate of group A and group C was better than that of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of three groups significantly decreasedcompared to before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. The HPV-DNA load of every groups were delined（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bupleurum injection topical and the combination of Bupleurum injection topical and Shu Run vaginal suppository showed good clinical effects and thus imply good resistance effects on HPV.
