摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者心理状态和遵医行为的影响。方法将120例冠心病患者分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),观察组患者采用综合护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,对比观察两组患者的抑郁和焦虑情况以及遵医行为。结果观察组患者的抑郁和焦虑情况以及遵医行为均显著地优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能改善冠心病患者的心理状态并能提高患者的遵医行为,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing care on the mental state and compliance behavior of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Huzhou Central Hospital from March, 2012 to May, 2013 were divided into an experimental group （n = 60） and a control group （n = 60）. The experimental group were given comprehensive nursing care whereas the control group were administered with conventional nursing care. Findings After having been cared with comprehensive nursing, the depression, anxiety, and compliance behavior of the experimental group were found to be considerably more positive than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing care can ameliorate the negative emotion and improve compliance behavior of patients with coronary heart disease.
