摘  要:大型矿用销轨属于复杂长轴类锻件,可采用辊锻制坯-热模锻压力机上两工位模锻工艺成形销轨锻件。两侧轨板主要在预锻工序中成形,在材料难以充填的凸耳预锻模型腔外围区域设置环形阻力墙,促使金属向凸耳深型腔流动。终锻完成两侧轨板的尺寸精整与中间销齿的成形。利用Deform-3D有限元软件建立销轨锻造成形过程的有限元模型,进行热力耦合有限元模拟。根据模拟结果分析销轨热锻成形过程中的温度分布、等效应变分布以及金属流动情况的变化规律。以80 MN热模锻压力机作为主变形设备,试制生产了销轨锻件,成形效果良好,验证了模拟结果的准确性。Large mining pin-rail belongs to complex long axis forgings. Roll forging billet- two worktables die forging technology with hot die forging press was adopted in the pin-rail forgings forming. Rail plates on both sides of the pin-rail were mainly formed in pre-forging. Ring resistance wall was located in peripheral regions of the lugs pre-forging die cavity where the material filled hardly, then the metal would be urged to flow to lugs die cavity. Precision shaping of rail plates on two sides and forming of pin tooth in the middle were comple- ted in final-forging. The FE model of forging process was constructed with finite simulation software of Deform-3D, and the coupled ther- mo-mechanical finite element simulation was conducted. Then the changing rules of temperature distribution, effective strain distribution and velocity field of material in the pin-rail forging process were analyzed. Pin-rail forgings were forged on a 80 MN hot die forging press, which as the main deformation equipment. The effect of pin-rail forgings forming is good, which verifies the truth of the simulation results.
