摘  要:为了解决高强度硼钢板厚度分布不均造成圆角破裂现象,建立了热力耦合有限元模型,通过分析得出产生圆角破裂的原因为该区域的温度和应力变化所致,并利用正交试验找出防止该制件圆角破裂的最佳工艺方案组合。结果表明:在板料初始温度、压边力、摩擦系数这3个工艺参数中,摩擦系数对制件圆角减薄率的影响最大;在初始成形温度为850℃、压边力为70 MPa、摩擦系数为0.1左右时成形性能较好;在该工艺条件下进行试验获得了合格制件,验证了模拟结果的正确性。In order to solve the phenomenon of fillet cracking caused by uneven thickness distribution of high strength boron steel, a coupled thermo-mechanical FEM model was set up, and the main reason for fillet cracking was the change of temperature and stress in the area. The optimal process combination to prevent fillet cracking was found based on orthogonal test. The results show that in the three factors of initial forming temperature, blank holder force and friction coefficient, the influence of friction coefficient is the largest. When the initial forming temperature was 850 ℃, the blank-holder forces was 70 MPa and the friction coefficient was 0. 1, the forming ability was the best, and the qualified parts were gained, which verified the reliability of simulation results.
