摘 要:为获得较高的风压,离心风机往往是较理想的选择。本文介绍的离心风机叶轮(材料为铝板L1060)突破了传统的组合式结构,采用经5道模具工序来完成的整体式结构,以获得高速旋转时的整体强度。为保证36个叶片的等分度和一致性,叶轮侧槽切口由一对凸、凹模来完成,并且借助叶轮拉深件工艺凸缘的36个等分工艺孔,以一面两销的定位方式来确保所冲出36个叶片的等分精度。为有效解决叶轮侧槽切口冲弯后的脱模问题,成功运用了叶轮浮动脱模机构。本工艺经批量生产证明,操作简便、产品质量稳定且成本低廉。In order to gain higher pressure, the centrifugal blower is often the ideal choice. The integral structure accomplished by five mold processes was used for the centrifugal blower impeller (material of aluminium sheet L1060) to get the overall strength when rotating rapidly, which broke through the traditional combined structure. In order to ensure the equal degree and consistency of the 36 blades, the impeller side notch was completed by a pair of convex and concave dies. With the help of the 36 aliquots technological hole of impeller drawing technology flange, the equal precision of punched 36 blades was ensured by location mode of one side with two pins . In order to effectively solve the demoulding problem of impeller side notch after bending, the impeller floating demoulding mechanism was used suc- cessfully. Production proves that the process operates easily, and the product has stable quality and low cost.
