摘  要:基于抽采时间短的采煤工作面回采过程中存在瓦斯超限的问题,通过在原抽采孔中间布置爆破孔,采用直径为63mm的煤矿瓦斯抽采水胶药柱进行超前深孔预裂爆破增透,使得煤层透气性大大增加,取得了抽采孔瓦斯浓度提高2.2倍、流量提高5倍以上的效果。试验表明采用超前深孔预裂爆破增透技术可有效解决工作面回采期间瓦斯超限的问题。Based on short gas drainage time, there was gas content over limit issue existed in the mining process of the coal mining face. With the blasting boreholes set between the previous gas drainage boreholes, a water gel cartridge with a diameter of 63mm for the mine gas drainage was applied to the advance deep borehole pre - fracturing blasting permeability. Thus the permeability of the seam could be highly improved. The gas content from the gas drainage borehole could be improved by 2. 2 times and the gas drainage flow could be improved by over 5 times. The experiments showed that the permeability improved technology with the advance deep borehole pre - fracturing blasting could effectively solve the gas content over limit problem during the mining period of the coal mining face.
