摘　　要：在现代金融经济中 ,资本市场对推动地区经济发展有着至关重要的意义。资本市场对微观经济活动具有筹资、储蓄、风险分散、资产重组、约束与激励和盈利与就业等多方面功能。在宏观经济层面 ,发展资本市场不仅有利于提高国民储蓄率、促进储蓄转化为投资和提高要素生产率 ,而且能够直接推动经济增长和提高社会就业率 ,对促进经济总量均衡和维护国家经济安全也具有基础性作用。对欠发达地区而言 ,发展资本市场更具有特殊重要的意义———制度创新、结构调整、企业家阶层的培育乃至观念进步都有赖于资本市场的大力发展。In modern financial economy,the capital market has very important significance for pushing forward the development of regional economy.The capital market has numerous functions for microeconomy activities,such as collect money,deposits,scattering of risks, reorganization of assets,restriction and encouragement,get profits and get employment.On macroeconomy aspect,develops capital market is not only available for raising the deposit rate of nationals ,promotiong transform desposits into investment and raising the productivity of essential elements,but also can directly push forward economic growth and raise social employment rate.It also has the basic function for promoting the equilibrium of economic total quantity and safeguard the safty of national economy.For the undeveloped area,develops capital market has more special significance,such as make innovations of systems and regulate the structure of enterprise,foster enterprisers and even making progress of ideals all depend on the development exert great effort of capital market.
