摘　　要：上海仙霞西路隧道工程北线泥水盾构推进遇到未探明的南陈巷周家浜桥桥桩,阐述遇桥桩的经过及盾构机切削部分桩体后参数的改变。通过处理方案的比选,采用套管法将桩基拔除的方案,拔除施工期间采取措施防止盾构下沉和周边土体的变形。桩基拔除后盾构顺利穿越桥桩影响区域。Taking Shanghai West Xianxia Rd. tunnel project for example, its north line slurry shield has run into unverified pile group of Nanchenxiang Zhoujiabang Bridge during the pushing process. The paper describes the procedure of running into bridge piles and the parameters change of shield machine cutting partial pile body. Through the selection and comparison of treatment plans, the plan of pipe in pipe method to pull out pile foundation is adopted finally. During the pulling out construction period, measures are used to prevent shield settlement and surrounding soil body deformation, and the shield can cross the area infl uenced by bridge piles successfully after pulling out these pile foundations.
