摘　　要：自 8 0年代西方金融管制逐步放松 ,金融自由化席卷全球 ,金融创新达到了前所未有的高度。在金融自由化这样一个背景之下 ,作为金融创新和金融衍生工具发展理论基础的金融工程于 80年代末 ,90年代初在西方发达金融市场得以诞生。并开始大规模地创造出经济和社会效益。金融工程将对全球的金融经济产生深远的影响。The financial liberalization has begun to sweep across all over the world since the financial control was gradually loosened up in the West in the eighties,and now the financial innovation has reached an unprecedented degree under the background of the financial liberalization,the financial engineering,as the theoretical basis of the financial innovation and financial derivation development,came into being in the western developed financial markets in the late eighties and early nineties.And it began to create the economic and social efficiency in a large scale.The financial engineering has exerted a profound influence on the global financial economy.
