颈痛灵乳膏提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选颈痛灵乳膏的最佳提取工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法.以红花中羟基红花黄色素A为指标.正交试验设计考察乙醇浓度、溶媒用量、提取时间、提取次数对提取效果的影响。结果颈痛灵乳膏的提取工艺确定为A2B2C3D2,即加入10倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次提取时间为1.5h。结论此工艺对羟基红花黄色素A的提取率高,稳定性好,适合工业化生产。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction techonology of Jingtongling Cream.METHODS With the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Carthamus Tinctorius L as index ,the optimum extraction condition for the etha-nol concentration,volume,extractoin time and times were selected by orthogonal design.The content of Safflor Yellow A were determind by HPLC.RESULTS The certain extraction techonology of Jingtong Ling Cream was A 2 B3 C3 D2 , The addition of 10 times of 70% ethanol was added and extracted 3 times.Extraction time was 1.5 hours.CONCLUSION This process has high rate for the hydroxysafflor yellow A extraction ,good stability ,suitable＆amp;nbsp;for industrial production.
