摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定斑秃丸中芍药苷的含量。方法采用Lichrom C18柱（250mm ×4.6mm，5μm），柱温：室温，流动相：乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液（14∶86），检测波长：230nm，流速：1mL· min -1。结果芍药苷在0.0550～1.7600μg范围内，峰面积与进样量有良好的线性关系，Y＝56775X-4582.7，r＝0.9999。平均加样回收率为98.61％，RSD为1.16％（n＝9）。结论本法操作易行，准确，可作为斑秃丸中芍药的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of paeoniflorin in An-tispotted Bald Pills.METHODS The chromatographic separation was performed on Lichrom-C18 （ 250mm × 4.6mm,5μm） column using acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution （14∶86） as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 .The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was the room tempera-ture.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship （ r=0.9999 ） in the range of 0.0550-1.7600μg for paeoni-florin.The mean spike recovery was 98.61%with RSD of 1.16%（ n=9 ）.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate for its intented application.
