摘　　要：目的:通过运用优先研究领域确定方法,确定西部基层妇幼卫生服务提供体系优先研究问题。方法:运用文献研究、现场调研及CHNRI方法。结果:确定了前10位优先研究问题,主要集中在体制机制、人才及经费领域。结论:运用CHNRI方法确定优先研究问题使过程透明、系统,更具有循证意义。Objective To determine the priority issues of maternal and child health system in Western China with priority set- ting methods. Methods The methods of literature review,filed investigation and CHNRI were used. Results 10 priorities issues were determined, which mainly concentrated on system and mechanism, talents and funds. Conclusion The method of CHNRI is more sys- tematic, transparent and evidence-based in setting priorities.
