摘  要:以哈密南750kV变电站工程为依托,对其中复杂的K型、KT型钢管节点进行真型足尺试验研究。根据试验结果分析K型、KT型钢管节点的受力性能、承载力、连接板的应力分布及变形幅值等指标。研究表明:5组试件在设计荷载作用下,杆件及连接板均处于弹性工作状态;在1.5倍超加载阶段,杆件没有明显现象,连接板个别部位进入塑性,但屈服区域较小,且发展缓慢,节点安全富裕度较高。Some complex types K and KT tubular joint are tested in the form of full scale model,which is based on 750 kV substation project in the south of HaMi.According to the test results,the type K,type KT tubular joint of the mechanical behavior,bearing capacity,stress distribution of connecting plate and deformation are investigated.The results from research indicate that members and the connecting plate of the five specimens are in elastic state under design load; the members have no significant phenomenon and the parts of the connecting plate are in plastic state under 1.5 times design load,but the yield region of the connection plate is smaller and has slow development.The safe degree of the tubular joint is higher.The research provides rational basis for engineering design and application on tubular joint with 750 kV lattice truss.
