摘 要:为改善四川彭州山区农村民居室内居住热环境,降低冬季采暖能耗,结合当地气候特点与经济条件,提出了适宜性的绿色被动式建筑设计方案策略,并在彭州市大坪村进行了新建民居工程实践。通过对新建民居的室内热环境进行实际测试及计算机模拟,并与现有砖混民居作比较,结果表明新建民居有较好的保温节能效果,验证了该策略的可行性与有效性。新建民居建成使用后,通过居住满意度调查,当地居民对于新建民居的整体满意度达到95%。在此基础上,又推广建设200余户左右,对于我国山地乡村新建民居建筑的节能减排、生态化建设有指导借鉴作用。In order to improve the indoor thermal environment and decrease energy consumption of the residences of the mountain Region of Pengzhou City,Sichuan Province,this paper,which combines with the local climatic characteristics and the economic conditions,proposes the appropriate strategy of the green passive building design,and also puts into project practice in Daping village in Sichuan Province.Through the actual tests and the computer simulations for the indoor thermal environment of the newly-built residences,a comparative analysis is made with the brickconcrete residence.The results from the tests and simulations indicate that there is a better effect of the heat preservation and energy saving in the newly-built residences.And this also proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy.After the completion of the newly-built residences,the satisfaction of the local residents for the newly-built residences can reach 95%,on the basis of which,more than 200 households have built the new residences on the strategy.And the guidance and reference for ecological construction and energy-saving and emission-reduction of the new rural residences of Chinese mountain region are provided.
