摘 要:以哈密北750kV特高压输电塔工程为依托,将Q420单根角钢设计在输电塔架的塔腿中进行破坏性静力试验研究。根据试验结果分析子结构中高强等边角钢的受力性能、极限承载力、失稳形式及变形幅值等指标,并与单根角钢试验结果进行对比。试验研究表明,子结构中的高强等边角钢失稳破坏形态为弯扭屈曲,变形集中在底跨跨中部分,支撑杆件对高强角钢起到了约束作用,降低了高强角钢的长细比,提高了子结构的承载力。Based on the 750 kV transmission tower in the north of Hami,the Q420 high-strength equal-leg angle steel is designed in the leg of the transmission tower.The failure static test of the substructures is conducted.According to the test results,mechanical behavior of the substructure,the ultimate bearing capacity,the buckling modes and deformation amplitude are investigated.The test results of the substructures are compared to the single angle steel.The test results indicate that flexural-tortional buckling has occurred in the high-strength equal-leg angle steel of the substructures and the deformation is concentrated in the middle part of the bottom of the truss.Support bars have had the constraint effect on the high-strength equal-leg angle steel,reducing the slenderness ratio and increasing the bearing capacity of the substructures.
