摘　　要：在分析政府信息商业化开发及保障机制的含义、构成、特征及关系的基础上,结合我国政府信息商业化开发实践中存在的问题,提出了建立完善的法律保障体系、充分发挥政府与市场的综合作用、加强与公众的沟通并调动全社会的信息开发利用意识等建议,以加快政府信息商业化开发进程。Government information commercial exploitation becomes the critical problem which every country around the world pays close attention to. Based on the analysis about the implication, content, characteristics of the government information commercial exploitation guarantee mechanism, and combine the problems in the practice, the article put up some advice such as setting up perfect law guarantee system, playing the best function of government and market, strengthening the communication with the public and arousing the public realization of government information exploitation and reuse and so on, in order to provide the reference to the government information commercial exploitation in our country and accelerate the process of the commercial exploitation.
