摘 要:随着铁矿粉资源的劣质化和成本压力的增大,在烧结工序对铁矿粉进行高效处理是降低成本、提高企业竞争力的重要手段。参考日本烧结镶嵌式和返矿镶嵌式新工艺,根据京唐烧结用料情况,提出了在京唐烧结进行大粒度矿/返矿镶嵌的技术路线,并进行了相应的烧结杯试验,取得了利用系数提高0.05 t/(h·m2)以上、烧结矿质量可基本保证的效果。同时基于本研究认为,对于大粒度(>8 mm)矿粉配比较高的配矿结构,使用大粒度矿镶嵌较返矿镶嵌的效果更佳。本研究为首钢下一步进行工业试验提供了参考。With quality deterioration of iron ore resources and increasing of cost pressure, conducting high efficient treatment of iron ore fines during sintering process is an important means to reduce cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. By referring to Japan new technology MEBIOS and MEBIOS with return fines, based on raw material consumption condition in Jingtang,the large particle size ores/return fines MEBIOS technology in Jingtang was proposed, and corresponding sintering pot test was carried out, the good results with increase of utilization factor by over 0. 05 t/( h" m2) and basic guaranteeing of sinter quality were obtained. Based on the research,it is found out that the mosaic way of large particle size ores is better than that of return fines for the proportioning structure with high large particle size ores( 〉 8 mm). The research provides reference for the next-step industrial test in Shougang.
