摘 要:针对深部软岩易风化巷道围岩变形破坏的特点及其支护难点,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法,分析了其巷道变形破坏的机理,认为该类巷道处于高地应力环境,围岩自身强度低、承载能力弱,具有流变性,易风化,导致巷道维护困难。控制原则是全断面整体支护、及时封闭,采用高预应力强力锚杆支护将围岩加固成整体,提高围岩强度及其承载能力,有效抵抗流变变形,并及时喷浆封闭围岩阻止风化发展,配以U型钢加强支护,对底鼓严重地段进行反底拱支护的综合支护措施。措施实施后巷道底鼓量降低了67.1%,顶板下沉量降低48.4%,两帮变形量降低52.6%,有效地控制了巷道的失稳。To counter to the features of easy weathering of deep soft rock strata, the deformation and failure of the roadway surrounding rock and the difficult support of the roadway, the mechanism of roadway deformation and failure was analyzed with the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The analysis indicated that this kind of roadway was in a high strata stress environment, with low strength and weak bearing capacity of the surrounding rock, had the rheological property and was easy to weather, which often cause the roadway to be difficultly maintained. The control measures included the full-face support, timely enclosing the whole section, supporting the surrounding rock into a whole with pre-stressed high-strength bolts, improving the strength and bearing capacity of surrounding rock, effectively preventing rheological deformation, and timely guniting to enclose the weathered surrounding rock, using U-shaped steel to reinforce the support, and supporting the floor heave section with inverted arch. Using above support techniques can reduce the floor heave amount by 67. 1%, the roof convergence by 48. 4% and the deformation amount of two rib-sides by 52. 6%, the roadway destability was under effective control.
