煤焦油深加工过程中的环境风险问题及研究进展

摘　　要：煤焦油深加工过程中存在有毒、有害、易燃、易爆的物质,可能会发生泄漏、火灾、爆炸等事故,是潜在风险源,对人体健康和生态环境会带来一定的危害。因此,针对煤焦油深加工过程的风险研究应运而生。针对煤焦油深加工过程中的贮存、生产、运输环节,分析了环境风险因子并进行了环境和安全风险识别,从源头上规避或减小风险,进而提出煤焦油深加工过程的预防控制以及环境风险评价的建议。In the process of coal-tar deep processing, the poisonous, harmful, inflammable and explosive substance may lead to the occurrence of leakage, fire or explosion accidents, they are the potential risk sources and may cause some negative impacts to the human health and the ecological environment. Therefore, the research on the environmental risk in the process of coal-tar deep processing was emerged. To counter to the storage, production and transportation links in the process of coal-tar deep processing, analysis was made on the environmental risk factors and both the environmental and safety risk were identified, thus the risk can be avoided and reduced from the source. Finally, the prevention and control suggestions for environmental risk assessment in the process of coal-tar deep processing were put forward.
