摘  要:冰制冷降温系统已在我国多个高温矿井获得成功应用,其制冷系统主要包括冷水预冷系统和制冰系统,预冷系统制冷能效的高低及出水水温对整个制冷系统能效高低具有重要影响。通过对唐口煤矿冰制冷降温系统两级预冷机组制冷量及制冷能效(COP)的测试和分析,得出两预冷机组平均制冷量、出口水温、制冷能效分别为435 kW、13.6℃、4.34和605 kW、8.9℃、3.8,指出两预冷机组实际运行能效远低于其设计工况。为提高制冷能效,建议对机组进行能效的诊断分析。Ice-cooling system has been successfully applied in many high temperature mines in our country, its cooling system mainly includes chilled water pre-cooling system and ice-making system. The COP ( Coefficient of Performance) and outlet water temperature of the pre-cooling system have an important influence on the whole cooling system. On the basis of the test and analysis of the cooling capacity and COP of two-stage pre-cooling units of the ice-cooling system in Tangkou Mine. the mean cooling capacity, outlet water temperature and the COP of the two-stage pre-cooling units were respectively 435 kW, 13. 6 ℃,4. 34 and 605 kW,8. 9 ℃,3. 8, and the actual COP of the two-stage pre-cooling units was much lower than their design conditions. The diagnosis and analysis on the COP should be carried out so as to improve the COP of the whole cooling system.
