摘  要:目的分析南京市蟑螂危害状况及抗药性。方法采用粘捕法调查蟑螂危害,药膜法测定抗药性。结果南京市蟑螂密度年际呈上升趋势,主要种属为德国小蠊、黑胸大蠊和美洲大蠊,德国小蠊为优势种,7-9月份是蟑螂密度高峰,德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威的抗性系数分别为2.38、3.53和0.79。结论南京市蟑螂危害较重,德国小蠊为优势种,活动高峰在夏季,高效氯氰菊酯和乙酰甲胺磷已产生低度抗性。Objective This study was to analyze the hazard and insecticide resistance of cockroaches in Nanjing city. Methods The sticky trap method was used for investigating the hazard of cockroaches, and a drug film method was used for their pesticide resis- tance. Results The population of cockroaches in Nanjing city increased year by year, consisting mainly of Blattella germanica, Peri- planeta fuliginosa, and Periplaneta Americana. Blattella germanica was the dominant species. The density of cockroach peaked from July to September. The resistant coefficient ofBlattella germanica to beta-cypermethrin, acephate and propoxur was 2.38, 3.53 and 0.79, respectively. Conclusion The hazard of cockroaches was serious. Blattella gernmnica is the dominant species, and its ac- tivity peaked in summer. BlatteUa germanica have developed low level resistance to beta-cypermethrin and acephate.
