摘　　要：妊娠期间口腔疾病对母体及胎儿造成的不良影响日益受到重视。妊娠期妇女因体内激素、代谢水平、生活方式及心理状态发生改变,对口腔疾患的易感性明显增高,由于治疗时机和治疗方式的限制,使妊娠期口腔疾患的控制较为棘手,因此,在妊娠前期及妊娠期通过保健措施改善妊娠妇女的口腔健康状况,预防不良妊娠,具有重要意义。More and more research focused on the association between maternal oral health and infant health. Due to the changes in living style, psychological states and dietary conditions during pregnancy, pregnant women are more vulnerable to oral diseases. Given the evident relationships between oral and general health, appropriate and effective oral care measures should be used to re- duce the morbidity rate of oral diseases and prevent adverse birth outcome.
