摘　　要：目的了解柳州市社区居民高血压的患病现状、高血压患者的治疗控制及相关知识情况,为高血压防治提供依据。方法随机抽取1个街道用KISH表确定每户1名年满18周岁以上居民共868人作为调查对象。结果调查人群中高血压患病率为26.1%,有64.0%的患者知道自己患有高血压,有57.3%的患者正在通过药物进行治疗,有35.1%的患者血压得到控制,有69.3%的患者遵医嘱坚持长期服药,多数患者为有助血压控制采取减少摄盐等非药物措施,高血压人群与非高血压人群的高血压相关知识的知晓率比较差异有统计学意义。结论本市社区居民高血压知晓与治疗控制率高于全国平均水平,但情况不容乐观,需大力开展健康教育提高居民健康素养,提高居民自我健康的管理能力,预防控制慢性病的发生发展。Objective This study was designed to understand the present control situation and related knowledge of hypertension disease among community residents in Liuzhou, in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of hypertension. Methods Eight hundred and sixty-eight residents （at least 15 years old） were selected as research objects from a random street us- ing KISH table. Results Hypertension prevalence was 26.1% in the whole population, 64.0% among the patients who knew they had high blood pressure, 57.3% among patients who were treated with drugs, 35.1% among patients whose blood pressure were un- der control, 69.3% among patients who followed the doctor＇s advice to take medicine for a considerable time. The majority of patients had taken drug-free measures such as reducing salt consumption to try to control blood pressure. The degree of familiarity regarding hypertension related knowledge among population with high blood pressure was significantly higher than that among population without high blood pressure. Conclusion The hypertension awareness and treatment control rates for the community residents in this city was higher than the average national level. But the situation is not optimistic. Health education must be vigorously developed to improve health literacy and self-managing ability for the residents, in order to prevent and control the occurrence and development of chronic disease.
