摘 要:目的研究建立男性农民工使用共用剃刀的重复干预模式,并评估干预效果。方法将423名男性农民工随机分成重复干预组、干预组和对照组。采用先填问卷后干预的模式,对3组人员进行不同程度的知识和行为干预,在45 d和90 d后回访,采用广义估计方程和χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果重复干预组、干预组和对照组收到的有效问卷分别为121、127和131份。比较前后2次回访结果,各组人员在理发店使用共用剃刀比例分别为:重复干预组30.6%和29.8%,干预组29.1%和44.1%,对照组46.6%和48.9%。重复干预组干预效果较另外2组有统计学意义。结论干预可减少研究对象使用共用剃刀,重复干预效果好于一般干预,更有利于促进男性农民工减少甚至拒绝使用共用剃刀。因此,重复干预模式的意义值得研究和探讨。Objective The study aimed to establish a repeated intervention model for razor sharing among male rural migrant workers and to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. Methods 423 male rural migrant workers were randomly divided into a re- peated intervention group, an intervention group, and a control group. The three groups were provided different levels of knowledge and behavioral interventions based on results of a survey conducted prior to the interventions, and were followed up on the 45~ and 90~ days into the intervention. The results were analyzed by generalized estimated equation and X2 test. Results 121,127, and 131 effective questionnaires were obtained from the repeated intervention group, the intervention group, and the control group, respec- tively. Comparison of the results of the two follow-up surveys showed that the prevalence of razor sharing at barber shops of the three groups were: 30.6% and 29.8% for the repeated intervention group, 29.1% and 44.1% for the intervention group, 46.6% and 48.9% for the control group. The intervention for the repeated intervention group was significantly more effective than that for the other two groups. Conclusion The interventions can reduce the prevalence of razor sharing among the research subjects; the repeated inter- vention is more effective than common interventions in promoting the reduction and refusal of razor sharing among male rural mi- grant workers. Therefore, the repeated intervention model is worthy of further research and exploration.
