摘　　要：目的 了解汉川市农村学童监护人营养知识知晓、膳食态度及行为现状，为开展更有效、更有针对性的营养教育提供科学依据。方法 整群抽取汉川市两所农村小学的3～6年级共818名小学生的监护人进行营养知识-态度-行为的问卷调查。结果 农村学童监护人对各种食物的营养特点认知度较低，对常见的营养缺乏症了解少，普遍存在饮食不合理、忽视儿童饮食要求等情形；但接受膳食教育的意愿良好。监护人营养知识水平与其文化程度、家庭收入等因素无关。监护人希望获得营养知识的途径主要为电视网络、医生及报刊杂志等。结论 该地学童监护人营养知识缺乏较突出，需要大力开展形式多样且持续有效的营养知识宣教，促进在校学生健康成长。Objective The objective of the study was to assess the awareness on knowledge of nutrition, attitude towards diets, and current practices of rural children＇s guardians in Hanchuan City, aiming to provide a scientific reference for the development of more effective and specific nutrition education. Methods Guardians of 818 3rd-6th grades children from two rural elementary schools in Hanchuan were selected by cluster sampling and surveyed by a questionnaire for knowledge-attitude-practice towards nutrition. Results The guardians had poor awareness on nutritional characteristics of various foods and poor understanding of common nutri- tional deficiencies. They in general provided unreasonable diets to their children and neglected children＇s nutritional needs, but were open to receiving nutrition education. The level of knowledge of nutrition of the guardians was not correlated with their educa- tional level and family income. The main routes of acquisition of nutrition-related knowledge that the guardians showed interests in were television networks, physicians, and newspapers and magazines. Conclusion Guardians of the school children lack knowledge of nutrition. Diverse and effective forms of education on nutrition-related knowledge should be strongly emphasized, so to promote the healthy growth and development of school children.
