四川省2007-2011年出境劳务人员常见传染病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省出境劳务人员法定传染病的流行病学特征。方法描述2007-2011年间,四川省84 169人次出境劳务人员中乙肝、丙肝、HIV和梅毒4种传染病按人口学特征分层的检出率,采用χ2检验比较组间差异,采用趋势χ2检验分析检出率的时间趋势和年龄趋势。结果 HBsAg、HCV-Ab、HIV-Ab和梅毒抗体的检出率分别为7.77%、0.51%、0.05%、1.56%。HBsAg、HCV-Ab和梅毒抗体的检出率随年龄增长逐渐增高,男性多于女性。HBsAg检出率逐年上升(趋势χ2=6.202,P=0.013),HCV-Ab检出率逐年下降(趋势χ2=24.004,P<0.001)。结论青壮年男性是出境劳务人员传染病监测的重点人群,乙肝的输出风险仍较高,应重点对劳务输出人员开展针对乙肝的健康教育和疫苗免疫,并完善后续监管工作。Objective The study aimed to assess the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable diseases among overseas Sichuani- an workers. Methods Demographic characteristics-stratified positive rates of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis among 84169 overseas Sichuanian workers between 2007-2011 were analyzed. X2 test was used to examine the between-group differences, and trend X2 test was utilized to analyze the trends of time and age of the positive rates. Results The positive rates of HBsAg, HCV-Ab, HIV-Ab, and syphilis antibodies were 7.77%, 0.51%, 0.05%, and 1.56%, respectively. Positive rates of HBsAg, HCV-Ab, and syphilis antibodies increased with age of the patients, and the rates were higher among men than among women. The positive rate of HBsAg had been on the rise （trend X2=6.202, P=0.013）, whereas that of HCV-Ab had decreased over the years （trend X2=24.004, P〈0.001）. Conclusion Young and middle-aged overseas male workers are among the key population for the surveillance of infectious diseases. The risk of exporting hepatitis B is still high, and thus health education and immunization against hepatitis B for overseas workers should be emphasized, and follow-up surveillances should be enhanced.
