摘 要:目的:探讨溶血磷脂酸受体3(LPAR3)、同源框基因-11(HOXA-11)在IVF—ET患者的子宫内膜组织着床窗口期的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP和半定量反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)两种方法,检测LPAR3和HOXA-11在拟行IVF—ET患者排卵后5-7天(胚胎着床窗期)的子宫内膜组织中的表达。根据助孕后的结局,将153例因输卵管因素不孕的患者分为妊娠组67例和未妊娠组86例。结果:LPAR3在妊娠组腺上皮的表达显著高于未妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);HOXA-11在妊娠组腺上皮的表达均显著低于未妊娠组,在间质细胞中的表达均显著高于未妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:LPAR3在着床窗期子宫内膜腺上皮的表达减少,与HOXA-11在着床窗期子宫内膜腺上皮表达增加和间质细胞HOXA-11表达减少可能是导致子宫内膜容受性下降的原因之-。LPAR3、HOXA-11可以作为预测子宫内膜容受性的参考指标。Objective: To explore the expressions and significances of lysophosphatidic acid receptor 3 ( LPAR3 ) and homoeobox gene - 11 ( HOXA - 11 ) in endometrium during implantation window period of patients undergoing IVF - ET. Methods: Immunohistochem- ical SP method and semi - quantitative RT - PCR were used to detect the expressions of LPAR3 and HOXA - 11 in endometrium of patients undergoing IVF - ET within 5 -7 days after ovulation (embryo implantation window period) . According to the outcome of assisted reproduc- tion, 153 patients of tubal infertility were divided into pregnancy group (67 patients) and non -pregnancy group (86 patients) . Results: The expression of LPAR3 in glandular epithelium of pregnancy group was statistically significantly higher than that of non - pregnancy group (P 〈 0. 001 ) ; the expression of HOXA - 1 l in glandular epithelium of pregnancy group was statistically significantly lower than that of non - pregnancy group, but the expression of HOXA - 11 in mesenchymal cells of pregnancy group was statistically significantly higher than that of non -pregnancy group (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: LPAR3 expression in glandular epithelium of endometrium during implantation window period decreases ; LPAR3 downregulation, HOXA - 11 upregulation in glandular epithelium and HOXA - 11 downregulation in mesenchymal cells of endometrium during implantation window period may be the reasons leading to decrease of endometrial receptivity; LPAR3 and HOXA - 11 can be used as the reference indexes to predict the receptivity of endometrium.
