摘　　要：低碳经济以低碳产业为支撑,产业的低碳升级是低碳经济题中之意。江西要实现低碳经济下的绿色发展,面临着诸多困难,其中工业比重大且工业内部主导行业以高耗能行业为主是其突出问题,加上快速推进的工业化和城镇化,日益严峻的资源和环境形势,产业低碳升级的压力越来越大。江西发展低碳经济,必须以产业低碳升级为支撑和切入点,充分利用现有生态环境、产业基础等有利条件,采取有效举措以改善"高碳经济发展模式"下的产业链条与产业结构,建立以低碳排放为特征的产业体系,实施"低碳经济发展模式"。The low - carbon economy is based on low - carbon industries, and the upgrading of industries is its main task. To achieve green growth under the context of low - carbon economy, Jiangxi province is confronted with various difficulties, among which the large proportion of heavy industries and the energy intensive leading industries are most salient. Moreover, the acceler- ating processes of industrialization and urbanization, as well as the worsening resources and environment, have increased the pressure on industry upgrading. To develop low - carbon economy, Jiangxi province must take the effective strategies of up- grading industry to make full advantages of current ecological environment and industrial foundation, efficiently remove the restricting factors, promote the industry chain and structure under the high - carbon economic model, build up an industry system based on low - carbon emission, and thus put ＂the low - carbon economic developing model＂ into effect.
