流程管理在主动脉夹层动脉瘤带膜支架置入患者介入治疗期的应用与效果

摘　　要：目的将流程管理应用于主动脉夹层动脉瘤带膜支架置入介入治疗期,以提高护理质量。方法结合主动脉夹层动脉瘤带膜支架置入介入治疗期的专科特点与要求成立流程管理小组,制定流程图,各项护理工作按流程进行。结果流程管理缩短了该项治疗的术前准备时间、降低了患者在CCU的住院时间、降低了护理风险事件发生率。结论将流程管理应用于主动脉夹层动脉瘤带膜支架置入介入治疗期可以规范、优质、高效完成专科护理任务,促进护理质量持续改进。Objective To discuss the process management applied to aortic dissecting aneurysm with membrane stents interventional treatment period, for improving the quality of nursing. Methods Combined with characteristics and requirements of aortic dissection stent placement intervention period, a workflow management team was established, and the flow chart, based on which the nursing work proceeded, was developed. Results The process management shortened the preoperative preparation time, further reduced the patients’ hospitalization time in the CCU, also reduced the nursing risk events. Conclusion Process management applied to aortic dissecting aneurysm with membrane stents interventional treatment period is helpful for completing specialist care normatively and effectively.
