摘　　要：目的提高我国灾害医疗救援能力,研究一种可机动应用于野外环境的CT装置。方法将传统CT装置改装后安装于方舱内,通过汽车自装卸方式实现机动运输,采取有效措施保证CT应用条件。结果研制完成的车载CT方舱样机经测试性能良好,能满足野外机动应用要求。结论车载CT方舱具有平战适用的特点。Objective To improve the capacity of disaster medical assistance, a kind of mobile CT （Computed Tomography） equipment was studied to be used in ifeld environment. Methods After being modified, the traditional CT was installed in a box shelter. The CT shelter was loaded or unloaded automatically, and it was mobile in the ifeld environment through the motor vehicle. Some approaches were studied to meet CT application conditions for CT shelter. Results A model machine of the vehicle CT shelter was completed. It was proved to work well through a series of tests. Conclusion The vehicle CT shelter can meet the requirements of maneuvering application in the ifeld environment.
