摘　　要：目的客观实时地监控医疗档案执行的全过程,避免医疗档案差错的发生。方法应用无线射频识别技术(RFID)与分布式企业计算技术,实现医疗档案系统架构和软件设计。结果该系统的应用完成了对档案执行全生命周期的检查和确认。结论系统对保证患者安全、切实提高医疗质量、减少医疗差错发挥了巨大作用。Objective To supervise the whole execution process of medical records in real time to avoid malpraxis. Methods The system architecture and software design were implemented by using RFID and distributed enterprise computing technology. Results The examination and conifrmation for the whole execution process of medical records were archived by applying the system. Conclusion The system plays an importmant role in ensuring the security of patients, improving the quality of medical care and reducing the malpraxis.
