摘　　要：为加强手术技术临床应用管理,确保手术安全和手术质量,维护伤病员合法权益,防范医疗事故纠纷,根据《执业医师法》、《医疗技术临床应用管理办法》和总部《关于建立手术分级管理制度的指导意见》等规定,设计并开展手术分级管理。本文简要描述我院手术分级管理系统的设计理念与实现效果。In order to strengthen the management of clinical application of operation technology, to ensure the operation quality and safety, to safeguard the legitimate rights and the interests of patients, also to prevent the medical accident dispute, according to the LawonPracticingDoctorsofPeople’sRepublic ofChina, MedicalTechnologyClinicalApplicationManagement, and GuidanceontheEstablishmentof SurgicalGradeManagementSystem, operation grading management was carried out in our hospital. This paper introduces the design concept and application results of the operation grading management system in our hospital.
