摘　　要：本文总结了脉动真空灭菌器灭菌过程中B-D试验的失败现象及其产生的原因,并针对原因对仪器进行了改造,解决了B-D试验失败问题。This paper summarized and analyzed the failure phenomena with their causes of B-D test during the sterilization process of pulsating vacuum sterilizer. Then the pulsating vacuum sterilizer was remoulded according to the causes of failure phenomena of B-D test. Thus the problem of B-D test failure was solved.
