摘 要:目的优化西藏灵芝多糖的提取工艺。方法以蒽酮-硫酸法作为灵芝多糖含量的测定方法,以多糖提取得率为考察指标,对浸提过程中的温度、时间、次数以及料液比4个因素进行单因素试验和正交试验。结果灵芝多糖的最佳提取条件为提取温度100℃,浸提时间2 h,浸提次数3次,料液比为1∶30。结论该提取工艺条件稳定,重现性好,可为西藏灵芝多糖的大生产提供参考依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process for polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum of Tibet. Meth- ods Anthrone-sulphuric acid method was used to dectect the content of polysaccharides,extraction rate of polysaccha- rides was took as inspection indicator,four factors such as temperature,time,number of times and ratio of material to liq- uid in the leaching process was conducted single-factor test and orthogonal test. Results The optimum temperature of extracting was 100℃,the optimum times of extracting was 2 times,the optimum extracting time was 2 h and ratio of ma- terial to liquid was 1:30 of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. Conclusion The condition of extracting process are stable and it is reproducible,which can provide reference for preparation of polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum of Tibet.
