摘　　要：单纯性收缩期高血压(ISH)随着老龄化社会的进程而日渐受到关注,作为老年高血压的一种特殊亚型,对心脑血管均有严重的危害,积极控制ISH可以显著降低不良心血管事件的危险性。本文对ISH的诊疗进展进行了阐述。With the process of an aging society,isolated systolic hypertension（ISH） is getting more and more attention. As a special subtype of aged hypertension,ISH leaves the serious hazards to cardiovascular.Positive control of isolated systolic hypertension can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular.The progress of the treatment of ISH is described and summarized.
