摘　　要：知识转移影响因素一直是国内外学者热点研究问题,其研究视角经历了由传统的信息网络视角向社会网络视角的转变。信息网络视角下,学者们主要从知识源、转移的知识、知识受体、转移媒介、转移情境五个维度开展研究并取得了丰硕的研究成果;社会网络视角下,学者们更多地是从网络关系和网络结构两方面开展研究并取得一定的成果。虽然该领域的研究颇受国内外学者的重视并取得了较为可喜的研究成果,但仍存在一些问题和不足。The factors affecting knowledge transfer have been the hot research topic on the domestic and foreign scholars, and the research on them has experienced from the perspective of traditional information network to the perspective of social network. From the perspective of information network, the scholars carry out the research from knowledge source, knowledge of transfer, knowledge receptor, transfer media, transfer situation and achieve fruitful results. From the perspective of social network, the scholars carry out the examination from the aspects of network relationship and network structure and achieve certain results. Although the scholars at home and abroad have put a high value on the research in this field and obtained more gratifying results, there are still some problems and deficiencies.
