发现视角下机构库的建设与功能研究

摘　　要：发现技术与机构库建设的融合,可实现机构库各类收录资源的统一管理和有序关联,为机构信息资源的开放共享、知识发现和增值服务提供必要准备,为机构科研成果的长期保存、快捷获取和高效传播提供一站式解决方案。文章从发现的视角研究机构库的构建流程和特色功能,旨在为国内机构库建设与推广提供有效借鉴,以此推动国内机构库快速发展和学术资源的开放共享。Integration of searching technologies and institutional repository construction can realize unified administration and order correlation of included resources in institutional repository. This will provide the basic preparation for opening sharing, knowledge searching and value-increasing service of institutional information resources, and the one-station solution for long-stem storage, fast access and efficient communication of institutional scientific fruits. In this paper, the construction process and the characteristic functions of institutional repository are investigated based on knowledge discovery. The aim is to offer available references for internal institutional repository construction and popularization so as to push forward quick improvement of institutional repository and opening sharing of science resources.
