摘 要:以传统布料模型的建模思想为基础,着重对布料偏析时炉料的物理运动过程进行分析研究,建立了偏析布料数学模型。通过与传统布料模型的模拟效果对比可知,偏析布料模型能够灵活处理不同程度偏析料面的情况,能够实现整个炉喉区域的料面形状模拟,适应性较好,与传统布料模型相比,更贴近生产实际。The blast furnace partial distribution burden surface simulation method was discussed. Based on the bur- den distribution theory and the soil slope stabilization theory, the burden surface changing process when partial dis- tribution happened was researched and analyzed, and also, the partial burden distribution mathematic model was well established systemically. Furthermore, the model results and effect were contrasted and discussed in the same condition. According to the results, the traditional model can't deal with the partial distribution simulation, but the performance of new model is much better, closer to reality and more flexible. Moreover, the partial burden surface simulation of whole blast furnace throat area is realized.
